Return Policy on Personalized Items

All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed gifts.

If your order is wrong because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Non-Personalized Items Return Policy

If our returns department receives the merchandise within 14 days of delivery, a refund can be issued to the original form of payment.

We do not offer exchanges.

Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined above.
